SIGGRAPH ASIA 2019 is one of the biggest computer graphics and innovation convention in this region and its 12th edition is set to be held at Brisbane, Australia from 17th to 20th November 2019. - KEYNOTE SESSIONS
The keynote sessions are the main highlight of SIGGRAPH ASIA 2019. The keynote speakers of the convention are Prof. Donna J. Cox who will be speaking on the “The Revolution in Geospatial Mapping”, Jeffery Shaw who will be speaking on the “Present, Past and Present Future – The Embodied Practice of Digital Media Art” and Inigo Quilez will be speaking on “Why Do I Create Images with Mathematics – A Journey of Innovating in Tech”.

Birds of a Feather sessions at SIGGRAPH Asia 2019 are graphics-related, attendee-organized, informational discussions of shared interests, goals, technologies and/or backgrounds. A Birds of a Feather (BOF) meeting is a graphics-related, attendee-organized, informational discussion of shared interests, goals, technologies and/or backgrounds. The keyword there is “discussion.” Attendees gather to discuss a topic, not listen to presentations.

Real-Time Live! is one of the experiences that makes it unique and a must-attend event. - XR PRESENTATIONS AND TALKS
Following the success of the Virtual and Augmented Reality category at previous SIGGRAPH Asia conferences, a new Extended Reality (XR) program has been established at SIGGRAPH Asia 2019. This will provide an opportunity for attendees to explore emerging media and cutting-edge technologies in XR such as Virtual, Augmented, and Mixed Reality. The SIGGRAPH Asia XR program offers a highly visible and interactive venue to present the latest in XR emerging digital media and interactive technologies.
- EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES – PRESENTATIONS & TALKS
Interactive technology has been one of the most important inseparable wheels of SIGGRAPH and SIGGRAPH Asia, and the Emerging Technologies program has played a vital role in driving the development of research communities to pursue technological innovations and to make a great impact on the public. Some of the accepted Emerging Technologies works will be chosen as “Emerging Technologies Prize” by the Emerging Technologies program committee members and reviewers at the event venue.
